PATCH v6: Arla 0.90 on Linux 2.6.36 to 4.4

Corrections in nnpfs_block_open, nnpfs_write_begin and nnpfs_write_end.

Current test status is that reading works well on 32-bit systems while 
writing and 64-bit systems needs some more debugging.
