PATCH: Arla 0.90 on Linux 2.6.34 to 3.5

Hello,

I have done some work to update arla for Linux, the changes in the kernel 
are so big that it must be done stepwise so to begin with I try on Ubuntu 
12.04 LTS and I have created an patch for the kernels 2.6.34 (witch is 
were we stopped working in 2010!) to 3.5. (Note that if you try arla on 
Linux use arlad from the 0.90 distribution and the latest nnpfs)
