healthy installation on os x does not connect at some locations

Hi,
I can successfully (and rather fast) connect to pdc.kth.se from iBook  
OS X 10.4.7 from home ADSL. I get /afs network folder and my homedir  
at pdc, can copy files, read files, etc. However it fails to connect  
from work. (Errors below).

Q: How do I check what is wrong and where to change the setup?

I have no afs on the workstation, but I can telnet to pdc with
/usr/heimdal/bin/kinit -Af username at NADA.KTH.SE
/usr/heimdal/bin/telnett -F -l username host

I have /etc/krb5.conf
[appdefaults]
         no-addresses = true
         forwardable = true
         forward = true
[libdefaults]
         default_cc_name = API:

where -A should be substituted with no-addresses = true and -f with   
forwardable = true, so kerberos should work. Indeed I can telnet to  
pdc from all locations with

/usr/arla/bin/kinit -f -l 30d username at NADA.KTH.SE
/usr/arla/bin/telnet -F -l tfsangr lise.pdc.kth.se

ArlaConfiguration mounts afs, but pdc icon appears blank and syslog has
