Changes in release 0.41:

* Added support for Mac OS X 10.4 (aka Tiger)

* Tested on FreeBSD 5.4, NetBSD 3.0-RC1, Linux 2.6.14

* Make directory handling less trusting

* Support GETVCXSTATUS2, exposes caller access rights to userland

* Debug tracing support for NNPFS

* Don't allow all worker threads end up doing pre-fetching, spare some
  for real work

* Try to use external roken if it exists

* Bug fixes

Changes in release 0.40:

* Secret release, mostly just broke things
