None.. the problem is, most rpm based systems (RH and Suse at least) split the
includes and stuff off to an openssl-devel rpm that's seperate from the
binaries and libraries in the openssl rpm.  So if you tested linking against a
library to test for ssl, that doesn't actually account for the headers not
being there.

Yeah, it's stupid, but I didn't do it. 

BTW, they do that with just about everything... most stuff have a
<package>-<version>.rpm and a <package>-devel-<version>.rpm
