rxdebug? Arla 0.35.11, Mac OS X 10.2.4

I read the FAQ, <http://www.stacken.kth.se/projekt/arla/faq.html#q7> 
but I can't figure out how to get rxdebug to work.  Any help?   (Arla 
0.35.11 binary for Mac OS X, OS X 10.2.4)

I've tried
% /usr/arla/bin/rxdebug -version my-kaserver
% /usr/arla/bin/rxdebug -version

Apparently neither of these are appropriate calls, as I get the "usage" 
response

% /usr/arla/bin/rxdebug -servers localhost -version
Trying 127.0.0.1 (port 7000):
get version call failed with code -1, errno 0


I'm trying to figure out how to log in and get a ticket.  My OS X 
username is tdg, my afs username is tgoodson.
