Arla and Mac OS X

With some minor tweeking I manage to build a package.

Can someone test this and see if it works for you. If everything work. I've
tested it, but I need someone else that do it too. This will be the 0.35.10
release and I'll cook new package files with everything set to right
version.

I used kth-krb4 1.2 to link against, and its available here:

	ftp://ftp.stacken.kth.se/pub/arla/binaries/athena/kth-krb-1.2-macos-10.2.tar.gz

If you need to authenticate using krb4 or kaserver, please use the kauth
and afslog in kth-krb4 since the tools in arla (aklog) have interesting
behavior or are (klog) removed.
