error installing under Linux

I did it. After simply

./configure (without any option)
make
make install
/usr/arla/sbin/startarla

Now I have read access - still need to install kerberos - to the
afs world. I have SuSE 8.0 (Linux 2.4.18-4GB), and dynamic IP
address from my ADSL provider (pppoe protocol).
I will do the same with my office PC too.

Thanks,
Pal
