Oops, sorry about that.  Get a clean copy of krbafs-1.1 and run:

autoconf && ./configure && make

The configure script included with krbafs-1.1 (or at least the 
exportable one) is busted.  I'll be uploading a new version of krbafs 
with that fixed soon.
