Arla 0.35.10 pre2 builds on OSX 10.2!

Greetings drinkers,

I seem to have _most_ of a successful build of 0.35.10pre2 on my OSX 10.2
box. Good thing my boss was not here else more funny looks when I shouted!
Thanks to Magnus and Harald.

Details below:

I first built the krbafs on:
http://web.mit.edu/openafs/krbafs/
it seemed to install fine-no error messages

(Marino has posted this morning with errors in this step. I had none. We
will chat offlist and try to resolve differences and then post back.)

I then downed the source in:
ftp://ftp.stacken.kth.se/pub/arla/snap/arla-0.35.10pre2.tar.gz

I configured like:
   [d-5810-lss:/usr/arla/sbin] jordant% ./configure
--with-krbafs=/usr/local/lib
Which seemed to be the default install path for the krbafs package above.

Then:

    [d-5810-lss:/usr/arla/sbin] jordant% sudo make install


Then:

    [d-5810-lss:/usr/arla/sbin] jordant% sudo startarla
    kextload: /usr/arla/bin/xfs.kext loaded successfully
    [d-5810-lss:/usr/arla/sbin] jordant% cd /afs/fnal.gov
    [d-5810-lss:/afs/fnal.gov]  jordant%

And later:

    [d-5810-lss:/usr/arla/bin] jordant% ./kalog
    Getting ticket for jordant at fnal.gov
    Password: 
    [d-5810-lss:/usr/arla/bin] jordant% tokens

    Tokens held by Arla:

    User's (AFS ID 8998) tokens for afs at fnal.gov [Expires Aug 30 21:53]

And still later:

So I have basic cl functionality. Woo-Hoo!

Open issues for my setup:

1.) Curiously neither /usr/arla/bin/klog or /usr/arla/bin/aklog work:

    [d-5810-lss:/usr/arla/bin] jordant% ./klog
    jordant at fnal.gov's Password:
    Abort    
    [d-5810-lss:/usr/arla/bin] jordant%

and:
    
    [d-5810-lss:/usr/arla/bin] jordant% ./aklog
    ./aklog: Failed getting tokens for cell fnal.gov.

2.) I cannot tell if the config gui is new or the one left over from my
earlier arla which worked on < OSX10.2. Regardless, the file now in
/Applications/Arla does not work. I can launch it but can't authenticate
within it to enable the gui controls.

3.) As such, I cannot see afs in the finder. This is less of an issue for me
but I may be doing something stupid so I point it out for others to correct.

With all of that said, I will push at this today and test stability. And
take suggestions, criticisms or questions.
