Compiling arla on OSX 10.1

The only special thing I do to build it is to point out where the
libkafs library is:

--with-krbafs=/path/to/kafsinstall

and --disable-mmap if you build it on Mac OS X.

This requires the next release of kth-krb (or a working krbafs) and
the next release of arla.
