> Not until we can build arla against the KfM libraries

I have now built a version of arla against the KfM libraries. I built
it against libkafs from krb4-1.1 and that libroken, and made a number
of changes to the arla build system. I haven't committed these yet,
since they are not tested at all on other systems, and I know that
some of the things will not work.

However, there is a bigger problem. Linking against the KfM libraries
also makes the binary linked against things like CoreGraphics, which
causes the binary to require graphics access. This prevents
command-line access with e.g. telnet, and this is also bad for the
daemon arlad.

Because of this problem, I haven't tested that aklog and the other
programs work, but when I do, I can release binaries if you want them.
