Compilation Problem on Tru64 OS V5.1

I get the following error during the make run on an Alpha with OS Tru64
V5.1 using C compiler.
I have compiled and created the kerberos version 4 before executing make
command. We are
running Openafs clinet version on other Alphas with OS V4.0G. I would
like to create only a
arla client version for this OS. The command used for configure file:

    env CC="cc -std1" ./configure --prefix=/home/kumar/arla
--with-krb4=/home/kumar/athena --with-krb4-lib=/home/kumar/athena/lib
--with-krb4-include=/home/kumar/athena/include

The error I get is the following:
