Arla startup script and Kerberos Authenticate problems

The Kerberos Authenticate program that was included in the 0.35.3
binary release for Mac OS X only supports kerberos 5. I'm working on a
graphical program (and loginwindow plugin) that supports both kerberos
4 and kerberos 5. I cannot promise when this will be available, but I
hope it will be quite soon (weeks).
