compiling on redhat 7.1

I compiled smoothly against kth-krb and heimdal. Probably this is an
issue with MIT kerberos.

However, I wanted to tell you that I had problems with the 2.4.2
kernel supplied with 7.1. There were some strange problems with
write(2) not working. When we upgraded to another redhat kernel (some
2.4.3 from the experimental branch) it started working again.
