compiling with built in roken

Dumb question.. how do I compile arla with the built in roken? I'm using
netbsd 1.5 and roken.h exists in /usr/include/krb5 but it's functionality
isn't as complete (it doesn't have get_progname()). As someone pointed out
I should link against the one that comes with arla but I don't know how :(
