Arla installation problems

Hi!
I have downloaded your latest version of ARLA on my PC (linux RH 7.0
with Kernel 2.4)
I have also installed kerberos 1.0.6 from http://www.pdc.kth.se/kth-krb/
When I try to install ARLA I get the following error:
