CVS via ssh broken

Hi there,

accessing the CVS repo copy via ssh doesn't work these days:

sams[43] cvs update -Pd
Secure connection to anoncvs.stacken.kth.se refused; reverting to insecure method.
Using rsh.  WARNING: Connection will not be encrypted.
rsh: connect(anoncvs.stacken.kth.se): Operation timed out
