We had the same discussion with mf (TeX's metafont) and argued that it
had this name for a long time and so it went into debian without a
problem and also into the exclude list of lintian (the debian policy
checker).

The same holds for fs in arla, because this command comes from AFS and
it would be very inconvenient to have a different name for this
command just in debian. So I think the command names should all stay
as they are.

PS. I am looking forward to a Debian arla package. I am using arla
0.24 since I build my own arla binaries.
