arla 0.31: bug in fs lq

With respect to the bug in fs (not reporting volume names),
I should have said:

     arla 0.31
     linux 2.2.14
     libc 2.1.3
     krb4 1.0
     gcc 2.95.2

(Why is it that people never remember to mention these things?
I always forget.)
