arla 0.31: bug in fs lq

I notice this problem with the fs command in arla 0.31:

     $ fs lq . .. ../.. ../../.. ../../../..
     Volume Name            Quota    Used    % Used   Partition
                           200000  148980       74%         78%
                           350000  267158       76%         73%
                           200000   82195       41%         70%
                           350000  215930       62%         58%
                           200000   47980       24%         52%

Volume names don't seem to get printed.  Also notice:

     $ fs exa .
     Volume status for vid = 1835377613 named
     Current disk quota is 200000
     Current blocks used are 148980
     The partition has 1649076 blocks available out of 7537088

This used to work!
