I haven't heard of anyone using this combination.  I was trying to add
the pioctl syscall for linux emulation, but that proved difficult
because it was hard to figure if there was linux emulation loaded or
not at module load time.  I should try and see if I can figure out
what happens with ordinary emulated linux file accesses, that should
not be that different from the file system's point of view.
