Arla now running on NetBSD m68k

This makes it work on OpenBSD-m68k too.
I haven't tested modloading yet, but arlad -t behaves as expected.

I'm in this position too. =)
I'll report if Open-m68k likes modloading, but 0.34.1 looks good
right now.
