Token problem???

Hi Love,

pts examine always works. If i have a AFS token, no token or a kerberos
ticket... I always get:
        Name: sailej, id: 3388, owner: system:administrators, creator: admin,
        membership: 0, flags: S----, group quota: 20.

vos examine home.sailej  doesn't behave that good:

No Tokens at all: vos examine complains about a missing ticket file, but shows
information about the volume. The same thing if i have a AFS token. But as soon
as i have a kerberos ticket i get the seal inconsistency error. 

Any ideas???
