Problems with snapshot arla-ac

I see that snapshot arla-ac still has the problems with Linux
kernel 2.3.99-pre5, that directories appear to be empty.
If you know the name of a file or subdirectory, you can
read or copy it, or change to it.  But otherwise it appears
empty.

I have written earlier about this problem with respect to
snapshot arla-ab.
