Pb xfs on linux 2.3.99-pre3

But I notice that that particular directory now appears to have
files in it.  Here's another:

     owen 13:41:06> ls
     owen 13:41:07> ls -ld .
     drwx--x--x    5 zlsiial  sys          2048 Mar 31 18:18 .
     owen 13:41:09> ls
     owen 13:41:10>

No oopses in dmesg.  No log messages anywhere, in fact.
