Hi Tino, 
              I don't know if this is any use to you,  but I have built  a set
of  Arla RPMS  which attempt to conform to the Linux FHS, and are split 
into  core, devel,  and kernel module subpackages.  They are available 
together with source and spec  files  from: 

http://hepwww.ph.qmw.ac.uk/HEPpc/RPMS/QMW/

(Currently my krb4 is however pretty crude...just bungs every thing in 
/usr/athena)
