arla question about user tokens

We usually use the programs from the KTH distribution of krb4
(available at <http://www.pdc.kth.se/kth-krb/>.  It includes AFS
support in most programs and also has programs for acquiring, listing,
and destroy tokens.

The Transarc binaries should also work.
