Arla 0.20 and linux 2.2-pre9, misc problems, probably not kernel specific

I have always used su from the kth-krb distribution, and it does a
setpag(). This is partly because su asks the user to enter the
kerberos password, and then it does a VIOCSETTOK call. It is not very
good if the tokens gets leaked back into the previous users PAG.
