log messages

There are two options to arlad for configuring that:

--debug for telling what should be logged

(you can do `--debug=all' or `--debug=messages,callbacks' or
`--debug=all,-cleaner' or some such.  The default is just warnings and
errors.

-l or --log for telling where the log should be written.  The default
is `/dev/stderr' if you're running arlad in the foreground (with `-n')
and syslog if not.
