Building arla-0.4 on RedHat Linux 5.0/glibc 2.06

That is quite normal. Sometimes it says so, and sometimes it doesn't.
Usually, it does, though. In that aspect, the file system is not quite
finished, but there should be no problems caused by that message, unless
of course, not being able to unmount the file system.
