In the linux kernel seams to use {,__}{s,u}{8,16,32}. Now if that is
a good idea I dont know. I'll write a test too se I we have 
{u_,}int{16,32} and if not in xfs/linux/xfs_locl.h define them with
__u16 types.

The KERNEL_HDRS is a old thing that we dont use anyone, its just left
there to eat computrons.
