arla on mklinux/linuxppc

Just an update on arla0.2 and linuxPPC.  Besides the assembly problem
noted in a previous message, the only other non-lkm compile error was with
appl.  it wasn't being linked with resolv for some reason.  adding
-lresolv to the appl/Makefile LIBS definition fixed it.  The kernel module
has some serious conflicting redefinition problems, and I haven't really
looked into that yet.  arlad -t works fine though.
