Arla help

Hi, guys,

I downloaded the arla source code, and I am having trouble finding the
definition of "k_pioctl."  I have only seen usages and the proto type
of "k_pioctl."  Is it required that we have the source distribution
from transarc to be able to use arla -- transarc uses the name "pioctl?"
