First attempt with arla-0.7.1

I've been busy, but when the new arla-0.7.1 was released, I got and
compiled it. It still fails with the same problem: ls /afs gives
nothing, but ls /afs/ says that /afs is not a directory. arlad
in test mode works. Thanks to Assar Westerlund <assar at sics.se>
I compiled xfs with debugging on; here is that output:
